SYMPTOMSWhen you run a recorded macro that includes commands from the Microsoft Excel Solver, you may receive a macro error in the first cell of the macro. CAUSEThis macro error occurs because, when the macro is recorded, the name of the Solver Add-in macro is not enclosed in single quotation marks. WORKAROUND
To avoid this macro error, manually remove the filename from each line
of recorded macro code.
ExampleIf your macro code looks like the following
remove the filenames, so that the macro resembles the following:
