SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Excel, if you press CTRL+BREAK while opening a workbook that contains a dialog sheet with a combination list-edit control, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, when you open a workbook that contains a dialog sheet, do not use CTRL+BREAK to cancel opening the workbook. When you press CTRL+BREAK while a file is being opened in Microsoft
Excel, you prevent the file from opening. This method is effective if
you select the wrong file to open, especially if the file is large
and takes a long time to open. However, if you use this method to
prevent a file from opening, and that file contains a dialog sheet
