SUMMARY

On page 48 of the "Microsoft Query User's Guide" version 1.0, in the instructions "To select more than one field (column)," the last part of the sentence under the "Do this" heading, states the following:

. . . and then press SHIFT+UP ARROW or SHIFT+DOWN ARROW
This information is incorrect. The correct key commands are SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW and SHIFT+LEFT ARROW.
