The purpose of an Extend List Box in Microsoft Excel version 5.0 is to
allow you to select multiple items in a list by pressing the CTRL or SHIFT
keys while selecting the items; therefore, by design, pressing the CTRL key
and clicking the list box will not select it. Method 1Position the insertion point over the list box and click the right mouse button. This will select the list box and will also display the shortcut menu that contains the Format Object command.Method 2Type the name of the control or object in the name box (located to the left of the formula bar). For example, you could type circle 1 or list box 2 in the name box and then press enter.Method 3If another object or control is already selected, press the TAB key to cycle through all objects in the document.To select all objects and controls on the document:
