Sample Function 1


   Function Sheetname()
       Application.Volatile
       Sheetname = Application.Caller.Parent.Name
   End Function

Sample Function 2


   Function SName()
       Application.Volatile
       SName = ActiveSheet.Name
   End Function

Note that SName() returns the name of the active sheet, not the name of the sheet that the function is on. This may not produce the results you expect if you use this function with linked sheets.
