SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Excel, when you open a Quattro Pro file that contains a stacked column graph, negative values are displayed differently on the graph than when you open the file in Quattro Pro. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because when you create a stacked column graph in Quattro Pro, negative values are graphed as positive percentage values. However, Microsoft Excel plots negative numbers using the negative value, even with a stacked column chart. This is by design of Microsoft Excel. WORKAROUNDSTo work around this behavior in Microsoft Excel, use any of the following methods.Method 1: Change the negative values on your worksheet to positive values. Method 2: Use the ABS() function to create a chart using the absolute value of the data that you want to chart.
