SYMPTOMSWhen you import a custom list from a range of cells on a worksheet, you may receive the following message: After you receive this message, your list is imported, but is missing some elements. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the list contains a mixture of text and numbers. If the list contains all text or all numbers, the list is imported correctly. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, enter the numeric elements into the worksheet
as text. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
