SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Excel 7.0, if you use the Template Wizard to create a database template that is based on a database other than Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access, the following error message may appear if you click Help:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Help topic does not exist. You may see this behavior when you specify a dBASE or Microsoft FoxPro database in the Template Wizard, and you click Help on the following message:
WORKAROUND
When the "Cannot open..." message appears, click OK, then click Help
in the Template Wizard in the Step 2 of 5 window. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
