SYMPTOMSIn the Visual Basic Editor, if you click "About Microsoft Visual Basic" on the Apple menu, the dialog box does not appear. CAUSEThis problem occurs if a Help window, such as the Visual Basic for Applications Help window, is currently visible on the screen. RESOLUTIONIf you need to view the "About Microsoft Visual Basic" dialog box, close any visible Help windows, and then click "About Microsoft Visual Basic" on the Apple menu. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
