SYMPTOMSIn the versions of Microsoft Excel listed at the beginning of this article, if you run the Internet Assistant Wizard by clicking Save As HTML on the File menu and click Finish in step 4 of the wizard, you may receive the following error message: When you receive this error message, the Internet Assistant Wizard stops running. CAUSEThis problem occurs if, in step 3 of the wizard, you enter a quotation mark (") in any of the following boxes: TitleFor example, if you enter The HTML Wizard in the By box, the problem occurs. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, do not enter any quotation marks in step 3 of the wizard. If you want quotation marks to appear in the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) file, manually edit the HTML file after you save it in Microsoft Excel. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
