SYMPTOMSWhen you link a picture in a worksheet to a cell, the picture may not be immediately updated when you change the cell. CAUSE
This problem may occur after you apply a conditional format to the cell to
which your picture is linked.
WORKAROUND
To resolve this problem, press F9 to recalculate the worksheet.
