SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition, if you double-click the title bar of an undocked (floating) toolbar, the toolbar is not automatically docked to the edge of the screen. CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you use a Macintosh system feature called
WindowShade (or "collapsing windows"). This feature causes the toolbar to
collapse into a title bar when you double-click the title bar of a toolbar
in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition.

In Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh, version 5.0, and in Microsoft Excel for Windows, if you double-click the title bar of a floating toolbar, the toolbar is automatically docked in its original location.
