SYMPTOMSIf you use a chart that contains a trendline (polynomial or logarithmic), and you format the trendline to use a dashed line, the trendline may appear distorted. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, do not change the line style for the trendline
in your chart. The default line style, which is a continuous line, does not
appear distorted when you use it.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
