OFF98: UNCONF: Bus Errors Opening Mail from Within Excel or Word

SYMPTOMS

In any of the products listed at the beginning of this article, when you point to Mail on the File menu and then click Open Mail, you may receive the following error message:

Bus Error at: MarkReadEnclosures+000cc

CAUSE

This problem may occur when using Starnine Mail.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, download and install the Starnine Mail 4.1 update. This update can be found at the following World Wide Web site:

http://www.starnine.com
