SYMPTOMSIf you change the poster frame in a movie you have inserted into a document, the movie's poster frame may not be preserved when you close and reopen the document. CAUSEThe poster frame for the movie may not be preserved if you have not saved the document since you changed the poster frame. If you change the poster frame and then close the document without making any other changes, you are not prompted to save changes to the document. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, click Save on the File menu after you change the
poster frame for the movie. If you then close and reopen the document, the
poster frame is retained.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
