XL98: Up/Down Arrow Keys Do Not Work in the Internet Assistant

SYMPTOMS

In the Internet Assistant Wizard, when you use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to select an option button, the option button is not selected.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the mouse to click the option button or use the keyboard shortcut to select the option button.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
