SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start Microsoft Excel, you may receive the following error message

"Microsoft_OLE2--StglsStorageFileFSp" could not be found

and Excel does not start.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you have a file named Oless.pcc in your System Folder:Extensions folder.

WORKAROUND

To work around the problem, remove the Oless.pcc file from your Extensions folder.
