Excel: Linking to File with Apostrophe in Name

SUMMARY
When you are linking to a Microsoft Excel document, if the name of
that document contains an apostrophe ('), single quotation marks must
be placed around the name of the document, and two single quotation
marks must be inserted in the position of the apostrophe.
For example, if the name of the document you are linking to is
"September's", the formula to link to cell A1 on this spreadsheet
would be as follows:
='September''s'!$A$1
MORE INFORMATION
Another way to link two documents is as follows:
- Open both documents.
- Activate the dependent document.
- Select the cell where the information is to be placed.
- Type an equals sign (=).
- From the Window menu, choose the name of the other document.
- Select the cell that has the desired information.
- Press RETURN.
Microsoft Excel will automatically enter the name of the document,
including any appropriate single quotation marks.
