Excel: Incomplete Alert When Printing After System Update

The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh, versions 1.x, 2.2, 3.0, 4.0


SUMMARY

If all of the following conditions are met, you will get an alert that states "Can't find '' (blank)" when trying to print a document to a LaserWriter or LaserWriter Plus:

  1. The Parameter RAM is reset.


  2. A new system is installed.


  3. A printer has not been selected in the Chooser.
