You could also: 1) Double click on the chart then choose the Insert menu. 2) Choose Select New Data. 3) Click in the range box and highlight the new range on the worksheet or type in the range of the new series. 4) In the Paste Special dialog box, select "Add cells as New Series" and click OK. Microsoft Excel 3.0 4.0To add a new category to an existing chart, you can choose Edit Series from the Chart menu.
