Excel Macro to Print Many Print Areas

SUMMARY

The following macro lets you print different parts of a spreadsheet previously defined by a name without having to reset the print area using the Set Print Area command in the Options menu. The sheet containing the ranges to be printed must be the active sheet when executing the macro:


   A1: PrintAreas
   A2: =INPUT("Enter the name of the print area to print: ",2)
   A3: =SELECT(DEREF(A2))
   A4: =SET.PRINT.AREA()
   A5: =PRINT()
   A6: =RETURN()

Note: the information above also applies to version 5.0 only when using version 4.0 macro language.
