SUMMARYIn Microsoft Excel versions 3.0 and 4.0, the argument "bar_num" in the ADD.BAR command can only be the number of a built-in menu bar (1-6). You cannot specify a custom bar number (7-15) to restore. MORE INFORMATION
Excel allows you to restore the built-in menu bars that have been
changed with functions such as ADD.MENU, DELETE.MENU, ADD.COMMAND, and
DELETE.COMMAND. If you specify the number of the bar to be restored,
Excel will restore that bar to its defaults (the way it looked before
any user modification took place).
This method of restoration is only available to the built-in bars (1-6). It will not function for any custom bars (7-15). REFERENCES
