SUMMARY
In Microsoft Excel, the width of the Data Form is dependent on the widest
column in the database. If a column is too large to display alongside the
Data Form buttons and field names, part of the Data Form will be off the
screen.
MORE INFORMATION
To have the entire Data Form appear on the screen, column widths must
be within certain limits that vary with monitor size.
If part of the Data Form is off the screen:
- Close the Data Form.
- Select the wide column or columns on the spreadsheet.
- From the Format menu, choose Column Width.
- Enter a smaller value in the Column Width box and choose the OK
button.
The buttons provided in the Data Form can be accessed by using the
keyboard if the buttons are off the screen. The following keyboard
commands are equivalent to clicking the Data Form buttons:
