The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Excel versions 4.0 and 4.0a, if you want a specific toolbar to be opened with a particular workbook, you must open it separately (note, you may want to use a macro to open the toolbar automatically). CAUSE
In Microsoft Excel version 4.0, active toolbars are not saved as part of a
Microsoft Excel workbook.
MORE INFORMATION
In Microsoft Excel version 3.0, the toolbar is activated as a workspace
option. When you save a file or group of files as a Workspace, the
workspace settings are saved along with it.
