SUMMARYIn Microsoft Excel for Windows, if you bring up the Page Setup dialog box by using the button in the File Print dialog box, the "Print..." and "Printer Setup..." buttons will be grayed out (in version 4.0) or missing (in version 5.0). This is by design. MORE INFORMATION
When already in the Print dialog, it is too late to change any of the
printer settings via Printer Setup. As a result, this button is
unavailable. Since the Page Setup dialog has been brought up from within
the Print dialog, the Print button is unavailable; selecting OK in Page
Setup will return you to the Print dialog box.
