FP2000: Web Folders Displays 0 KB for File Size

SYMPTOMS

When you view the details of a file in Web Folders, the file size is displayed as 0 KB.

RESOLUTION

1. Right-click the file which you want to view the file size.



2. On the shortcut menu, click Properties.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
