SYMPTOMSWhen you publish a web to a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server and are prompted for a user name and password, the following message appears:
Where <ServerName> is the name of your server and <FolderName> is the folder location you are publishing to. In this message, the number 21 has been added after the name of the web server in the FTP location. CAUSE
The number after the server name is the port number the FTP server is using. MORE INFORMATION
The publishing process will not be effected in any way by the presence of the number 21 in this dialog box. The number specifies that the FTP service is running on port 21 on the server. Additional query words: front page
