FP2000: Administrator Cannot Check in File Checked out by Another Administrator

SYMPTOMS

If another administrator has a file checked out, you cannot override that checkout although you are an administrator.

CAUSE

Source control does not allow administrators to override other administrators' checkouts.

RESOLUTION

To access the file, have the administrator check the file in.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
