When you work with absolutely positioned elements that are nested, you may not be able to absolutely position the element past the bottom of the page. CAUSEThe body of the Web page is not increasing its height for the page. The scroll bars will not appear when you attempt to drag an absolutely positioned element beyond the height of the page.
