SYMPTOMS
After you place a marquee on a page with shared borders with no other text on the page, the marquee does not appear when you preview the Web page in your Web browser. CAUSE
The width of the table that is created by the shared borders is dependant on the width of the table contents. If you have not set a specific pixel width on the marquee, or you do not have other content to determine the size of the table cell, the table cell will default to a single pixel. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Add Some Text To the Same Area as the MarqueeTo add some text to the same area as the marquee, follow these steps:
