When you use absolute positioning on text that also has a Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (DHTML) effect applied to it, the text does not appear in the Netscape 4.0 or later browsers. CAUSE
If you use absolute positioning on text that also has a DHTML effect applied to it, the text will not display in the Netscape 4.0 or later browsers. MORE INFORMATION
To work around this issue, do not apply DHTML effects to absolutely positioned items if your intended audience includes Netscape users. Many of the Netscape users will not be able to see these objects. Additional query words: fp2k
