FP2000: Selected Pages Option Selected But No Shared Borders Are Applied

SYMPTOMS

When you open a Web and apply shared borders, the shared borders are not applied.

CAUSE

When you open a Web and do not select pages, the Selected Pages option is selected, even though it should be unavailable.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, click Folders in the Views pane, and select the pages you want to apply the shared borders to.

If you want to apply the shared borders to the entire Web, click to select the All Pages option in the Shared Borders dialog box, and click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
