SYMPTOMSWhen you use a Word document with images as an include page in a Web page, images are not viewable in Internet Explorer 5. CAUSETo display Vector Markup Language(VML) properly, Internet Explorer needs information that is found in the <HEAD> ,<HTML>,and <STYLE> tags of the Word document. This information is not held in the body of the FrontPage document; therefore, Internet Explorer cannot render the VML for the image. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONWhen you save the document in Word as a web page, it writes the following VML code for the inserted image.
