If you are using FrontPage 98 on a system that also has Office 97 or Office
95 installed, all of the files visible in the Clip Art dialog box may not
be usable by FrontPage.
CAUSEOffice 97Not all of the Office 97 Clip Art files that are installed when you install the extra clip art can be converted successfully by FrontPage 98.For additional information about installing clip art elements that FrontPage cannot convert, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: Q162914 OFF97: How to Configure Setup to Install Extra Clip Art Office 95Office 95 Clip Art files are in the .pcs file format, which FrontPage 98 is not capable of converting or rendering.RESOLUTIONInsert the clip art image into a Microsoft Office application, such as Microsoft Word, and then cut and paste the image into FrontPage Editor. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONNote that if you click Clipart on the Insert menu and then choose PCS files, you receive the following message FrontPage Editor could not load <path_to_FrontPage>\temp\<image.pcs>where <path_to_FrontPage> is the path on your hard drive to where FrontPage was installed and <image.pcs> is the name of the .pcs file containing the image. You do not receive this message when you choose Clipart from within the Insert Image dialog box. If you want to browse only .gif or .jpeg files within the Microsoft Clip Gallery dialog box, follow these steps:
