FP98: "Topic Does Not Exist" Error When Using Help Button

SYMPTOMS

When you click on an item for quick help after clicking on the display Help button, you get the error

The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated help file. (129)


CAUSE

There are several basic functions, such as using scroll bars and minimize buttons, that do not have help in the FrontPage help, and the quick help button doesn't handle these exceptions by directing you to the Windows help files.
