The UNIX server reports the following in its error log:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because FrontPage will occasionally double-parse a document. In these cases, the bots persist between the parses so they can communicate the values found in the first parse to the second. Include bots need to identify what their parent document is. Shared borders act just like include bots, and act as parent documents. However, shared border documents are temporary and do not persist between parses. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, upgrade to the FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, delete the page in the Web that has
the shared border with the include in either the Table of Contents or Form
with Validation, and then recalculate hyperlinks. STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FrontPage 98 for
Windows. Additional query words: front page
