SUMMARYTo open a site that uses host headers in FrontPage, you must use the DNS name for the site, and not the IP address (for example www.microsoft.com). MORE INFORMATION
Internet Information Server 4.0 allows you to use host headers. Host
headers let you use one IP address to host multiple Web sites with
different domain names. When you use the FrontPage Server Extensions on a
host header site, the only way to open the site is to use its DNS name.
