SYMPTOMS

When you submit a form that uses a custom confirmation page, the confirmation page does not display in the browser. The following error occurs in the Application Event log:

Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions: unexpected C++ exception: [INDEXERR] Illegal Index (0) for collection with 0 elements

The form saves the information submitted, but the user does not see the confirmation page.

CAUSE

This error is caused by a blank form in the confirmation page.

RESOLUTION

Remove the blank form from the confirmation page.
