Apply Theme Using CSS Option Is Disabled

SYMPTOMS

When you apply a new theme to a Web using FrontPage 2000, the Apply Theme using CSS option is disabled (grayed out).

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when you set the Page Options to not allow CSS formatting.

RESOLUTION

To enable CSS formatting, use the following steps for the Web you want to modify:

1. In Microsoft FrontPage, click the Tools menu.



2. Choose Page Options.



3. Click the Compatbility tab.



4. Click the CSS 1.0 (formatting) checkbox.



5. Click OK.
