SYMPTOMS
When you deploy a template from Access Workflow Designer, the domain defaults to the local server name. On the Specify the Title and Destination page of the New Team Solutions Wizard, the Database server text box defaults to the local server name and cannot be changed (this text box is Read-Only). RESOLUTION
To add users from one or more other domains (other than the local server) to a solution being deployed, you must be a member of the securityadmin fixed server role. A member of the securityadmin fixed server role can add users from other domains by using the New SQL Login button, which is on the Solution Roles page of the New Team Solutions Wizard. By default, no domain is selected in the New Microsoft SQL Server Login dialog box. However, to add users or groups from other domains, select the appropriate domain from the List names from domain box. MORE INFORMATIONIn the New Team Solutions Wizard, the SQL Logins list box is on the Solutions Roles page, which is just after the Specify the Title and Destination page.
