OFF2000: Compile Error Using Client Billing Template

SYMPTOMS

In the Microsoft Office 2000 Binder, when you use the Client Billing.obz binder template that is included with Microsoft Office for Windows 95, version 7.0, you may receive the following error message:

Compile Error: Can't find Project or Library

CAUSE

The Client Billing template was designed for Office 95. There is no equivalent for this template in Microsoft Office 2000.
