SYMPTOMSWhen you rest the pointer over a button on the Office Clipboard toolbar, the text displayed in the ScreenTip is in a font other than the font you used to format the text. When you paste the text, it is pasted correctly. Note that some characters may appear as boxes in the ScreenTip. However, when you paste the text it is pasted in the correct font. CAUSEThe text you see when you rest the pointer over the Office Clipboard icon is formatted using the system font rather than the font applied to the text in the document, presentation, or worksheet.
