SYMPTOMSWhen you click a Help topic offered by the Office Assistant, the following error message may appear: You may also have to click the OK button several times before the error message goes away. CAUSEThe above error message may appear if all of the following are true:

It also does not occur if the Administrator used the /j switch to advertise Office instead of applying the AlwaysInstallElevated system policy. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, do either of the following: Method 1: Install Internet Explorer 5.
Method 2: Run a command line to install HTML Help.If you do not want to install Internet Explorer 5, you can run a command line specifically designed to install just the necessary HTML Help files. To do this, do the following:
