SYMPTOMSWhen you create a new Answer Wizard Project using the CHM file type in Microsoft Answer Wizard Builder that is included in the Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit, you may receive the following error:
CAUSEThis behavior occurs when you use the CHM file type when you create a new Answer Wizard Project and you type the CHM file extension with one or more uppercase characters. For Example: WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, type the .chm file extension with all lowercase characters. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
