SYMPTOMSIf you attempt to delete an ActiveX object contained in a custom user form or to remove a user form from a workbook in any of the Microsoft Office 2000 programs listed in the beginning of this article, you may receive an error similar to following: When you click Details, one of the following messages appear:
NOTE: The actual memory address may vary. CAUSEThis problem will occur if you attempt to delete an ActiveX Conferencing Object from a user form or remove a user form that contains an ActiveX Conferencing Object. The ActiveX Conferencing Object is contained within the file Xmsconf.ocx. RESOLUTIONTo prevent this problem from occurring, do not use ActiveX Conferencing Objects within user forms. If you do use an ActiveX Conferencing Object, do not attempt to remove it or the user form that contains it. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
