SYMPTOMSWhen performing an Administrative installation of a Microsoft Office 2000 family product, you are not prompted for your company name or your CD Key. Also, you are not prompted for a location to place the Administrative installation, and the Administrative installation has been placed on your hard disk. CAUSEThis problem occurs when you try to perform an Administrative installation from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) version of one of the Microsoft Office 2000 family products. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, purchase a retail copy of the Microsoft Office 2000 family product along with the appropriate number of licenses. You must have one license for each user who is using a copy of a Microsoft Office 2000 family product from an Administrative installation point. MORE INFORMATION
