MORE INFORMATION

The default double-click action for a CD is AutoPlay, which is why nothing appears to happen when you double-click the Office 2000 CD after Office has been installed. If you want to verify the default double-click action, right-click your CD-ROM drive in My Computer. The default double-click action is the bold item in the shortcut menu that appears.
