SYMPTOMS

In Outlook 2000 Japanese edition, when you import a Microsoft Mail file (.mmf) to Outlook 2000, the Microsoft Mail file (.mmf) does not appear on the Import and Export menu.

CAUSE

Missing information about the Microsoft Mail file from the Office 2000 Setup causes this problem.
