SYMPTOMSWhen you right-click a blank area on the Office Shortcut Bar and click Customize, the Customize dialog box is not hidden when you activate another window. CAUSEThe Customize dialog box is displayed on top of other windows until you click OK or Cancel. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, move the Customize dialog to another part of the screen, or dismiss it by clicking OK or Cancel. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
