SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install Microsoft Office 97 Starts Here on a computer running a localized version of Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, you may receive the following error message:

Setup cannot continue. You do not have an administrator account. Setup makes changes at the system level that require an administrator account. Click OK to quit setup.

Logging in with Administrator privileges does not resolve this problem.
